So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Abstract This article aims at raising some points for the discussion on the identity of the contemporary journalist. With such purpose in mind, the article firstly places this subject in the context of the changes which have been happening in the media organizations since the end of the XX century, and which are strongly influenced by the fact that capitalism has been restructured on a global scale and also by the development of new communication and information technologies. In the second part, the text refers back to studies on this issue which were carried out in Brazil and it also proposes a reflection based on conceptions that need to be brought up and analized in the light of the reality of the Brazilian press.
