Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to identify the problems that the first-time appointed school managers face. The research method was used in the study. In the framework of the research, a total of 8 primary and secondary school directors who were first appointed in the Giresun province center were taken and discussed. In the analysis of the collected data, the visual analysis technique of the quality research methods has been used. Problems encountered in the research; the decision-related school manager cannot convince the teacher, the teachers cannot accept the manager, conformity and misunderstanding, the student's hard perception of the external appearance of the manager and the characteristics of the student's development period, the manager's assistants cannot use initiative and business in the subjects, the course supervision in the fields that are not the field of expertise and the examination of experienced teachers, the staff service relating, the shipment abuse, the additional course preparation, the start of the task, the departure, the permit, the student's service relating to the transfer and continuity, the teaching services relating to the plans are prepared, the resources are not sufficient, the teaching services are not sufficient, the teaching services are not sufficient, the teaching services are not sufficient, the teaching services are not sufficient, the teaching services are not sufficient, the teaching services are not sufficient, the teaching services are not sufficient, the teaching services are not sufficient,

Bu araştırmanın amacı; ilk kez görevlendirilen okul müdürlerinin karşılaştıkları sorunları belirlemektir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamına, Giresun il merkezinde ilk defa görevlendirilen toplam 8 ilkokul ve ortaokul müdürü alınış ve görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizinde nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada karşılaşılan sorunlar; karar verme ile ilgili okul müdürünün öğretmeni ikna edememesi, öğretmenlerin yöneticiyi kabullenememesi, uyum ve yanlış anlaması, öğrencilerin yöneticinin dış görünüşünü sert algılaması ve öğrencinin gelişim dönemi özellikleri, müdür yardımcılarının inisiyatif kullanamaması ve iş yaptırma konularında, ders denetimi ile ilgili uzmanlık alanı olmayan alanlarda denetim yapma ve tecrübeli öğretmenlerin denetiminden çekinme, personel hizmetleri ile ilgili, sevki kötüye kullanma, ek ders hazırlama, göreve başlatma, ayrılma, izin, öğrenci hizmetleri ile ilgili nakil ve devamsızlık, öğretim hizmetleri ile ilgili planların emeksiz hazırlanması, kaynak ve bina yetersizlikleri, eğitim hizmetleri konusunda velilerin okula gelmemesi, rehber öğretmenin olmaması, okul işletmesi ile ilgili güvenlik, okul bahçesinin uygun yapılmaması, yeni yapılan binanın eksikleri, İş-kur elemanlarının geç göreve başlaması, yazı işleri, temizlik malzemesi, para olarak belirlenmiştir.
