Abstract This study has as its central theme the articulation between education and art, considering children as producers and proposers of aesthetic and educational experiences, that emerge from their relationships with each other and with teachers in Early Childhood Education. From the presentation and analysis of an experience lived in Preschool, the aim is to reflect on art as an aesthetic dimension that allows us to be touched by the world and touch it too, allowing us to build meaningful and emancipatory educational paths, that look beyond what is visible. The text is based on social studies of childhood and on authors who think about contemporary aesthetic experience and art. It’s concluded that articulating education and art with children is an attitude inserted in a pedagogical, political, ethical and epistemological proposal. It's about "going together", teachers and children, discovering new “windows” to visualize and feel new worlds in preschool, kindergarten and life.
