Abstract:

The crime phenomenon, which differs according to society, time and culture, is one of the major issues that all societies are struggling with. A significant dimension of the crime facts being dealt with by different disciplines is the children who are trapped for crime. In the Act No. 5395 on the Protection of Children (CKK) dated 15.07.2005, the child who was committed by the crime is defined as "the child who has decided to take security measures regarding the fact that he has committed a crime defined by the law and the allegation that he has committed a crime is investigated or prosecuted or committed" (www.mevzuat.gov.tr). With regard to the studies on the subject, many factors in the kidnapping of children (family, friends, school, mass media, migration, urbanization, use of material/dependence, free time assessment, etc. Factors are effective. But from these factors, the family and dynamics, the place where the child first socialized, are more prominent than the other factors. Therefore, in this study, it is intended to study the family factor that is effective in the kidnapping of children. Study is a quality study based on the scan of literature. In this study, studies on the children who are trapped for crime (articles, theses, books, internet resources, legal regulations, laws, etc.The statistical data of the surveyed, the subject-related studies were reviewed, the study was reported and recommendations were submitted during the evaluated subsequent process.
