Bu araştırmanın temel amacı okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin eğitim etkinliklerini düzenlerken örtük programdan bilinçli bir şekilde nasıl ve ne amaçla yararlandıklarını, bu etkinlikleri nasıl seçtiklerini ve etkinliklerin kaynaklarının neler olduğunu belirlemektir. Araştırma nitel bir çalışma olup durum çalışması deseni kullanılarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın amacına uygun olarak bütüncül çoklu durum deseni kullanılmış, okul öncesinde eğitim etkinliklerinin düzeninde örtük programın etkisi, aynı eğitim programının farklı sosyo-ekonomik düzeydeki okullarda nasıl uygulandığının incelenmesiyle tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu ölçüt örnekleme deseniyle seçilen 42 okul öncesi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ve doküman analizi teknikleriyle toplanmış, betimsel analiz tekniğiyle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda katılımcı öğretmenlerin kazanım, göstergeler ve etkinlikler açısından okul öncesi eğitim programına genel olarak bağlı oldukları, programa bağlılıklarını etkileyen faktörlerin okul türlerine göre değiştiği, çoğunluğunun okul öncesi eğitim programını olumlu yönde eleştirdiği, programın ekonomiklik ve uygulanabilirlik ilkesi doğrultusunda düzenlendiğini ve çocuk merkezli olduğunu belirttikleri tespit edilmiştir. Görev yaptıkları okulların sosyo-ekonomik düzeylerine göre değişmekle birlikte öğretmenler genellikle örtük program kapsamında sıklıkla sosyal ve kültürel etkinlikler düzenlediklerini ifade etmişlerdir. Sıklıkla uygulanan kültürel etkinlikler anneler günü, cuma günü ve 23 Nisan etkinlikleri olarak sıralanırken, sosyal etkinlikler ise yılsonu/karne günü/mezuniyet partisi etkinlikleri, okulda 100. gün kutlamaları, 1 yaş büyüdüm partisi, bahar şenlikleri, yılsonu sergileri olarak belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenlerin çoğunluğu etkinliklerin uygulanmasının ana nedeninin öğrencilerin çok yönlü gelişimlerini sağlamak olduğunu ifade etmişlerdir. Örtük program etkinliklerinin seçiminde temel kaynakların internet ve sosyal medya olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Orta sosyo-ekonomik düzeydeki okullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerden bazılarının ise yönetim baskısı nedeniyle törensel etkinlikler düzenlediklerini belirtmeleri araştırmanın öne çıkan bulguları arasında olmuştur. Araştırmadan elde edilen bu bulgular ışığında çeşitli öneriler geliştirilmiştir.
The main objective of this research is to determine how and for what purposes they consciously benefit from the cover program while organizing pre-school teachers’ educational activities, how they choose these activities and what are the sources of the activities. The research is a quality study and is conducted using the situation study scheme. In accordance with the purpose of the study, a comprehensive multi-state scheme was used, the impact of the cover program on the organization of educational activities before school was tried to be identified by the study of how the same educational program is applied in schools at different socio-economic levels. The study group consists of 42 pre-school teachers selected by the standard sample pattern. The data of the research was collected using the semi-configured interview form and document analysis techniques, analyzed using the visual analysis technique. The study found that participating teachers were linked to the pre-school education program in general in terms of achievements, indicators and activities, that the factors affecting their program commitments varied according to the type of school, that the majority of them criticized the pre-school education program in a positive direction, that the program was organized in accordance with the principle of economicity and applicability and that it was children-centered. While their tasks vary according to the socio-economic levels of the schools they do, teachers have often stated that they often organize social and cultural events within the framework of the cover program. Frequently applied cultural events are classified as Mother's Day, Friday and April 23 events, while social events are defined as holiday/day/graduate party events, 100th day celebrations in school, 1 year old party, spring celebrations, year-end exhibitions. The majority of teachers have stated that the main reason for the implementation of the activities is to ensure the student’s diversified development. In the selection of the program activities, the main resources are the internet and social media. Some of the teachers working in schools at the middle socio-economic level said they organized ceremonial events due to the pressure of the management, among the outstanding findings of the study. In light of the findings obtained from the research, various recommendations have been developed.
The purpose of research is to determine how and for what purpose pre-school teachers consciously use the hidden curriculum while organizing educational activities, the selection of activities and the factors affecting their resources. In the research, a case study pattern was used. The effect of the hidden curriculum on the organization of pre-school educational activities was tried to be determined by examining how the same curriculum was applied in schools with different socio-economic levels by using the holistic multiple case design. The study group consists of 42 pre-school teachers selected with the criterion sampling pattern. The data were collected by semi-structured interview form and document analysis, and analyzed with descriptive analysis technique. As a result, it has been determined that teachers are generally fidelity to the pre-school curriculum, the factors affecting their fidelity vary according to school types, and most of them criticize the pre-school curriculum positively. The teachers stated that they often organize social and cultural activities within the scope of the hidden curriculum, and that the main reason for the activities is to ensure the multi-faceted development of the students. While cultural events were listed as mother's day, friday celebration and April 23 feast, social events were determined as end of year celebration/graduation party events, 100th day celebrations at school, "I've grown 1 year old" party, spring festivals, and end of the year exhibitions. It has been determined that the main sources in the selection of hidden program activities are the internet and social media. It is one of the important findings of the research that some of the teachers working in schools with middle socio-economic level stated that they carried out ceremonial activities because the school principals wanted them.
