Bu çalışmada, çevrimiçi uzaktan eğitim gören öğrenciler açısından memnuniyetlerine katkıları topluluk hissi ve teknoloji kabul ölçeği kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada, ilişkisel ve betimsel araştırma modeli kullanılmıştır. Kullanılan ölçeklerin uygulandığı araştırma grubu, KKTC’de bulunan Uluslararası Kıbrıs Üniversitesinde 2020–2021 güz yarıyılında uzaktan öğrenim gören 406 üniversite öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Veri analizi aşamasında kanonik korelasyon analizi, çoklu regresyon analizi, çoklu aşamalı regresyon analizi ve betimsel istatistikler kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi sırasında SPSS 24 yazılımı kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen neticelere göre; öğrenci memnuniyeti ile topluluk hissi ve teknoloji kabulü arasında pozitif ve yüksek seviyede ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Çevrimiçi öğrenme sistemlerinde duyuşsal değişkenin öğrencilerin, çevrimiçi uzaktan eğitim-öğretime yönelik memnuniyetlerinin öğrenmeleri açısından yararlı olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Duyuşsal, eylemsel ve algılanan kolaylık değişkenlerinin üniversite öğrencilerinin uzaktan eğitime yönelik memnuniyetlerine anlamlı ve pozitif bir etkisi olduğu saptanırken, algılanan yarar değişkeninin anlamlı fakat negatif bir etkisi saptanmıştır. Bu sonuca göre üniversite öğrencilerinin yüz yüze eğitimi daha yararlı gördükleri anlaşılmaktadır. Çevrimiçi öğrenme sistemlerinde duyuşsal değişken ve algılanan yarar boyutları, topluluk hissi ve kabul ölçeği boyutlarının memnuniyet boyutları ile ilişkisi incelendiğinde en yüksek değerleri veren değişkenler olduğu görülmüştür.
In this study, the contribution to their satisfaction from the point of view of students receiving online distance learning was studied using the community sense and technology acceptance scale. In the study, a relative and imagistic research model was used. The research group, which applied the scales used, formed 406 university students who attended distance learning in the 2020-2021 semester at the International Cyprus University located in the KKTC. In the data analysis phase, canonic correlation analysis, multi-regression analysis, multi-phase regression analysis and visual statistics were used. In the analysis of data, SPSS 24 software was used. According to the results obtained; there is a positive and high level relationship between student satisfaction and community sense and technology acceptance. In online learning systems, it has been shown that sensual change is beneficial for students to learn their satisfaction with online distance learning. While sensational, active and perceived facility variables have a meaningful and positive impact on university students’ satisfaction for distance learning, the perceived benefit variable has a meaningful but negative impact. This findings show that students see face-to-face education more useful. In online learning systems, sensory variables and perceptible benefits dimensions, community sensation and acceptance scale dimensions have been found to be the highest values when the relationship with satisfaction dimensions is studied.
In this study, the contribution to satisfaction for online distance education students was investigated using the community feeling and technology acceptance scale. The descriptive and relational research model was used. The research group, in which the scales used were applied, consisted of 406 university students studying distance education at Cyprus International University in the KKTC in the fall semester of 2020-2021. In the data analysis section, descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis, and canonical correlation analysis were used. SPSS 24 software was used for the analysis of the data. According to the findings obtained; It has been determined that there is a positive and high level of relationship between technology acceptance and a sense of community and student satisfaction. It has been found that students who find the affective variable useful for learning in online learning systems have more satisfaction with distance education. While affective, operational, and perceived convenience variables had a significant and positive effect on university students' satisfaction with distance education, the variable of perceived usefulness was found to have a significant but negative effect. According to this result, it is understood that university students see face-to-face education as more beneficial. When the relationship between the dimensions of affective variable and perceived usefulness, sense of community and acceptance scale and satisfaction dimensions in online learning systems was examined, it was seen that the variables with the highest values were found.
