It is possible to realize that the individual is a part of the society in which he lives in and to fulfill his social responsibilities by the way of acquiring the social skills necessary for social life. It is clear that values education is very important as for gaining experiences such as social integration and taking responsibilities, leading and pioneering to society during their own social life processes. In their socialization period, young people learn and internalize basic values depending on their social roles. This situation is very significant not only for their social development, but also for their academic and emotional development. In this respect values education in terms of enhancing young people’s perceptions related with themselves and society, it is necessary to consider socialization experiences from a value-oriented point of view. On the other hand, from the point of understanding group dynamics and comprehend social reaction, relation between values education and socialization give the quite important data to researchers. This study suggests that the perceptions of young people involved in the values training are positive towards their awareness and susceptibility, more tolerant to aging and satisfaction, more self-confident and totally more favorable to themselves and to their society. The qualitative data sources of this study, namely “Impacts of Values Education on Young People’s Healthy Socialization” constitute observations in which researcher has acted as a participant observer throughout the project process as well as interviews with stakeholder authorities, students and parents. During the evaluation of the findings, a descriptive interpretation was preferred because of making the analysis easy for the reader. Content analysis method was used for the analysis of qualitative data.
