The syndrome of the mesenteric clamp or Wilkies syndrome is defined by a compression of the third duodenum between the superior mesenteric artery, and the aorta . The symptoms are variable and non specific. Management is based first on medical treatment with recourse most often to surgery if failure. We report a review of the literature by reporting an observation of a case.
