Kur’ân eğitim-öğretimi, Cebrâil (a.s.) ile Hz. Peygamber arasında arz ve semâ‘ usûlleriyle başlayıp Hz. Muhammed (s.a.s.) ile sahâbe arasında sürdürülmüş, onlardan da tabiîn, kıraât imamları olmak üzere sahih senedle günümüze kadar kesintisiz bir şekilde devam edegelmiştir. Günümüzde Türkiye’de Kur’ân eğitim-öğretimi cami, Kur’ân kursları, imam hatip ortaokul ve liseleri ile İlahiyat/İslami İlimler fakültelerinde yürütülmektedir. Araştırmamızda genelde İlahiyat/İslami İlimler fakülteleri özelde ise Çankırı Karatekin Üniversitesi (ÇAKÜ) İslami İlimler Fakültesindeki Kur’ân Okuma ve Tecvid derslerinin öğretimi esas alınmaktadır. Çalışmamızın amacı, fakültelerde yüzüne, ezber okuma ve tecvid olmak üzere teori ile pratiği bir arada yürütülen “Kur’ân Okuma ve Tecvid” derslerinin işlenmesinde karşılaşılan problemlerin tespitini yapmak, bunların çözümüne yönelik önerilerde bulunmak ve bu alandaki çalışmalara katkı sağlamaktır. Araştırma sonucunda İlahiyat/İslami İlimler fakültelerinde “Kur’ân-ı Kerîm Okuma ve Tecvid” derslerinin müfredat, ders mekânı, öğrenci ve öğretim elemanlarından kaynaklı problemler tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen bu sorunlara literatür taramasından ve alandaki tecrübelerimiz doğrultusunda çözüm önerileri sunulmaktadır. Genelleme yapılarak önerilerde bulunulmasının sebebi ise alan taramasında diğer fakültelerde de benzer problemlerin müşahede edilmesidir.

Today in Turkey, the Qur’an education and teaching are carried out in the faculties of the mosque, the Qur’an courses, the imam hatip high school and high school, and the theology/Islamic scientists. Our research is usually based on the teaching of the Qur’an reading and Tecvid courses at the Chankri Karatekin University (CAKU) Islamic Sciences Faculty. The purpose of our study is to identify the problems encountered in the processing of the courses of the "Coran Reading and Tecvid" which are conducted together with the theory and practice, faculties, memory reading and tecvid, and to make suggestions to solve them and to contribute to the work in this field. The research resulted in the problems arising from the programming, the classroom, the student and the teaching staff of the "Kur'ân-ı Kerîm Reading and Tecvid" courses at the Faculty of Theology/Islamic Sciences. These problems are identified through literary scans and solutions are presented in accordance with our experience in the field. The reason for the generalization of the recommendations is that the field scan has similar problems in other faculties.
The education and training of the Qur’an has continued through sāhih proofs, starting with the methods of ārz and semā‘ between angel Jibril and the Prophet Muhammad, and then his companions. Through them, it was transferred to the tābīīn and then to īmams of recitation and it maintained up to present. Today, the education of Qur’an is offered in the mosques, Imam-Khatib Schools and Faculties of Divinity/Islamic Sciences. This research is based on teaching skills regarding how to give Qur’an and Tajweed courses both in the Faculties of Divinity/Islamic Sciences in Turkey and particularly in the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at Çankırı Karatekin University (ÇAKU). This study aims to determine the problems recognized during the teaching periods of the Qur’an and Tajweed’s skills, taught in accordance with certain rules, regarding memorizing and Tajweed methods, to make suggestions to contribute to studies in this field. Therefore, several problems, arising not only from the curriculum, and students but also from instructors of the “Qur’an and Tajweed” courses were identified, and possible solutions are offered. The reason why general outcome was presented as suggestion is due to the fact that similar problems were recognized in other faculties during the survey.
