Abstract:

It is necessary to have acquired communication skills in order to show the order of society and people healthy behaviors. In solving the problems he is experiencing, or when the opinion is asked within the community, it is important for him to be able to correctly communicate his ideas to the people he faces while he continues his life and to meet his needs. In the pre-school period, which is one of the important periods in the development of the personality structure of individuals; increasing the initiative skills of children enables the child to communicate more comfortably. Considering all of this, the aim of this study is to study the skill of the pre-school teacher candidates, which are an important part of pre-school children's education and are to be modeled, in terms of some demographic variables. The sample of the study was made by 287 teachers candidates who are receiving education in the pre-school teaching department in the 2014-2015 educational year. In the study, scanning models were used, the Rathus Athletics Scale was applied to teachers' candidates in order to collect data. The collected data, visual analyses (frequency, average, percentage) and independent group t test, were evaluated using the one-way variance analysis (ANOVA) test.
