This article is about the theory of justice, which has a direct influence on global poverty literature, with the discussions developed by political philosopher Thomas Pogge and inspired by the creative arguments. The priority of institutions, the individual-universal principle and the negative task concept are the three main elements that make up the structures of this approach. The thesis "global poverty as a predictable human rights violation" can also be understood through the original relationships between these elements. The article aims to clarify the relationship between Pogge’s practical interest and the corporate reform goal and the efforts to fundamentate the principles of justice and the principles that are widely accepted. In this regard, Pogge’s efforts to build a broad ground of reconciliation and the arguments he applied to will be discussed in detail.
