Gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmanın amacı, takım sporlarında görev yapan sporcuların antrenörleri ile ilgili karizmatikliderlik algılarının değerlendirilmesine yönelik bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Çalışmanın amaçları doğrultusunda ilk olarakkarizmatik liderliğin boyutların belirlenebilmesi ve tanımlanabilmesi için kapsamlı bir alan yazın taramasıgerçekleştirilmiştir. İkinci aşama olarak, karizmatik liderliğin boyutlarının ve bu boyutları oluşturabilecek maddelerin ortayakonabilmesi amacıyla üç adet odak grup görüşmesi gerçekleştirilmiş, bu görüşmeler, ses kayıt cihazı ile kayıt altına alınmışve bu veriler analiz edilmiştir. Odak grup görüşmeler sonucunda elde edilen verilerin geçerlilik ve güvenirliğinin ortayakonması amacı ile bir pilot çalışma gerçekleştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Değişik liglerdeki üniversitelerde basketbol oynayan veölçeği yanıtlamayı kabul eden 164 kadın ve erkek sporcu bu pilot çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturmuşlardır. Açıklayıcı veDoğrulayıcı Faktör analizine başlamadan önce, örneklem büyüklüğünün faktör analizine uygunluğunu gösteren KMOdeğerleri hesaplanmış ve 775 olarak bulunmuştur. AFA sonucu ortaya çıkan on boyutun Cronbach Alpha katsayıları .873 ile.681 arasında değişmektedir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri sonucunda verilerden elde edilen bulguların uyumunundeğerlendirilmesinde X2 (ki- kare), RMSEA, CFI, NNFI, RMR, NFI, AGFI gibi uyum indekslerine bakılmıştır. Elde edilenbulgular doğrultusunda, geliştirilen ölçeğin analizde kullanılan ampirik veri ile tutarlı ve istatistiksel olarak geçerli olduğuifade edilebilir. Gerçekleştirilen bu analizler sonucunda 10 boyut ve 35 maddeden oluşan Karizmatik Liderlik Ölçeğinin veritoplama amacıyla kullanılabileceğine karar verilmiştir
The aim of this study is to develop a scale for the assessment of the carismatic perceptions of the athletes involved in team sports with regard to their coaches. In line with the objectives of the study, a comprehensive area of summer scan was first done to determine and identify the dimensions of charismatic leadership. In the second phase, three focus group conversations were conducted in order to intersect the dimensions of charismatic leadership and the substances that could form these dimensions, these conversations were recorded with the audio recording device and the data was analyzed. The aim is to conduct a pilot study with the aim of mediating the validity and reliability of the data obtained as a result of focus group discussions. 164 female and male athletes who accepted to respond to basketball at universities in different leagues have formed the sample of this pilot study. Before starting the Explanatory and Verifying Factor Analysis, the SMV values indicating the suitability of the sample size to the factor analysis were calculated and found as 775 . The Cronbach Alpha ratio of the ten dimensions resulting from the AFA varies between .873 and .681. As a result of the verifying factor analysis, the conformity of the findings obtained from the data was considered to the conformity indicators such as X2 (ki-quare), RMSEA, CFI, NNFI, RMR, NFI, AGFI. According to the results obtained, it can be stated that the developed scale is consistent and statistically valid with the empirical data used in the analysis. The results of these analyses have found that the Charismatic Leadership Scale, which consists of 10 dimensions and 35 matters, can be used for the purposes of data-topping.
