До сих пор по культуре и эпоса Хакасии было проведены мало исследований. Однако культурных элементов и мировоззрения хакасов достаточно для того, чтобы они заняли исключительное место в тюркской истории. Но значение хакасов этим не ограничивается. У них есть так много героических эпосов, которые значимы с точки зрения истории, хотя хакасы не создали независимого государства с древних времен. Через эти эпосы можно получить много информации, такой как образ жизни, верования и культурные элементы хакасов. Сведения, полученные из эпосов, подтверждаются материалами, найденными русскими археологами. В этом исследовании хакасы, наверно наименее изученный народ в тюркской историографии, был рассмотрен через Хубан Арыг, один из их героических эпосов. Кроме того, мотивы и символы в эпосе будут пытаться выявить с точки зрения того, соответствуют ли они другим турецким племенам. В результате этого видно, что хотя хакасы, во многих аспектах отличаются от турок в степи, они обладают богатыми культурными элементами и миром мысли.
So far, few studies have been conducted on the culture and epic of Khakassia. However, cultural elements and frame of mind the Khakas are sufficient for them to have an exceptional place in Turkish history. But the importance of Khakasians is not limited to these. Additionally, motifs and symbols in the epic are tried to revealed in terms of whether or not correspond other Turkish tribes.As a result of this, it is seen that even though Khakas different from the Turks in the steppe in many respects, they possess rich cultural elements and the world of thought.
