Objective of the study: Designing a new model to improve the performance of sales staff where in dynamics of gamification are being used. Design and Methodolgy: Firstly the dynamics of the gamification have been summarized and afterwards the composed elements of the performance have been examined and finally a new model proposal has been designed which is targeting to develop the performances of those sales staff in the field with the D6 Dramatization Model which was developed by Kevin Werbach and Dan Hunter in 2012. Findings: During the gamification, there is an active experimental process for respondents. Designing a new model of 'performance assessment system' on the Gamification Model, ensures employees to participate in more processes when compared with the previous model. This study contributes to the performance assessment, improvement and control processes of the sales staff through gamification. Originality: This study provides a contribution in terms of being a different approach of the gamification combination, as a new performance assessment and especially referring a new integrated model by using gamification for sales staff performance.
