Sünnet’in vahyiliği ve bağlayıcılığı, kısacası dindeki otoritesi, Sahabe döneminden başlayarak her dönemde tartışmalara neden olmuştur. Söz konusu tartışmaların temelinde sünnetin menşeinin vahiyle irtibatlandırılması, dolayısıyla onun bağlayıcılığını ve dinin asli kaynağından kabul edilmesi neticesinde sünnete uymanın zorunluluğunu gerekli kılmasıdır. Günümüzde en çok tartışılan konulardan birisi de hiç şüphesiz sünnetin yetkisi alanıdır. Günümüz Müslümanların sünnet konusundaki algısı, ifrat ve tefrit arasında gidip geldiği görülmektedir. Yani bir kısmı, sünnetin şeklî yönüne önem verirken diğer bir kısmı da onun hukuki yönüne önem vermiştir. Bazıları da tasfiye yoluna giderek, hadisleri akla veya modern bilime onaylatma lüzumunu görmüştür. Konunun daha iyi anlaşılması açısından araştırmada öncelikle, vahiy, sünnet ve hadis gibi kavramlar ele alınmış, bunların sözlük ve ıstılahı anlamları açıklanmıştır. Akabinde Sünnetin vahiyle ilişkisi ele alınarak bu birlikteliğe temas eden ayet-i kerimeler analiz edilmiş, ayrıca Sünnetin kaynak değerini ortaya koyan hadislerin önemli olanları arz edilmiştir. Sünnetin muhtevası ve işlevsel değeri bağlamında, Sünnetin beyan fonksiyonu ile tek başına hüküm vaz etme yetkisi delileriyle üzerinde durulmuş ve bazı örnekler sunulmuştur. Hz. Peygamberin hem beşer hem de peygamber olması sıfatıyla sahip olduğu bilgiye paralel olarak, Sünnetin, bağlayıcılığı açısından geçmiş ilim adamlarımızın günümüze kadar sünnetin bağlayıcılığı konusunda yaptıkları sınıflandırma denemeleri ele alınmıştır. Bazı çağdaş hadisçilerin sünnetin bağlayıcılığına ilişkin, çalışmalarında sundukları sınıflandırma veya taksimatın değerlendirmesi yapılmış, çalışmasında yeni bir sınıflandırma önerilmiştir. Araştırmamızın amacı, sünnetin vahiyle olan ilişkisinin alanlarını belirlemek, bilgi kaynağı olması hasebiyle güncel değerini ve uygulanırlığını ortaya koymaktır. Yönteme gelince, sünnetin hem vahiyliği hem de bağlayıcılığı konusu üzerinde ileri sürülen yaklaşımlar, eski ve güncel çalışmalar çerçevesinde arz edilerek analizi yapılmış ve bazı tespitlerde bulunulmuştur.
The revelation and bindingness of the Sunnah, shortly the authority in religion, has caused controversy in every period, starting from the Sahabe period. The basis of these discussions is the connection with the revelation of the source of the synthesis, thus making it compulsory and the obligation to follow the synthesis as a result of acceptance from the original source of the religion. Today, one of the most discussed issues is undoubtedly the jurisdiction of the Sunnah. Nowadays, the Muslims see the perception of the subject of the Sunnah, between the Faith and the Tefrit. And some of them are in the right direction, while others are in the right direction. Some of them also went on the way of cleansing, and saw the fault of confirming the events of the mind or modern science. For the better understanding of the subject, the research first addressed concepts such as the revelation, the synthesis and the hadith, and explained their vocabulary and the meaning of suffering. In the aftermath, the relationship with the revelation of the Sunnah was discussed by the Ayat-i-kremes that contacted this association, and the important events of the Sunnah which revealed the source value of the Sunnah were presented. In the context of the magnificence and functional value of the Sünnet, the Sünnet’s declaration function and the power to give up judgment alone are focused on the fools and some examples are presented. by Hz. In parallel with the knowledge that the Prophet possesses as a human and a Prophet, the trials of classification of the Sunnah, from the point of view of its bindingness, have been discussed by our former scientists to the present day on the bindingness of the Sunnah. A new classification was proposed in the work of some contemporary hadists about the bindingness of the synthesis, the classification they present in their works or the taxation was assessed, and a new classification was proposed. The purpose of our research is to identify the fields of the relationship of the sanctuary with the revelation, to reveal its current value and applicability as a source of information. As for the method, the approaches proposed on the subject of both the revelation and the bindingness of the synthesis have been analyzed and presented in the framework of ancient and current studies and some findings have been found.
The revelation and binding nature of the Sunnah, in short, its authority in religion, the subject has often caused controversy in every period. For a better understanding of the topic ın the research, first of all, on concepts such as revelation, sunnah and hadith, their dictionary and correctional meanings are explained. Subsequently the relationship of circumcision with revelation is discussed and the verses that touch on this unity the important ones of the hadiths that have been analyzed and narrated on the subject has been mentioned. In the context of the content and functional value of the Sunnah, the declaration function of the Sunnah and the evidence of its authority to rule alone are emphasized and some examples are presented. Hz. In parallel with the knowledge that the Prophet had as both a human being and a prophet, the classification attempts of our past scholars on the bindingness of the Sunnah in terms of the bindingness of the Sunnah are discussed. An evaluation of the classification or division of some contemporary hadith scholars regarding the bindingness of sunnah in their work has been made, and a new classification has been proposed in his work. The aim of our research is to determine the fields of the relationship between the sunnah and revelation, and to reveal its current value and applicability as it is a source of information. As for the method, the approaches put forward on both the revelation and the bindingness of the sunnah were presented within the framework of old and current studies, analyzed and some determinations were made.
