Abstract:

Health manpower policies; it is a structure undertaken by the Ministry of Health in our country, which carries out and coordinates the work related to manpower and includes the supply and need of manpower and the determination of task distribution. The majority of the resources allocated to health policies and the policies implemented in Turkey constitute the health manpower. In this context, the health workforce that provides all kinds of health services is of great importance for the future and health services that plan the future. During the COVID-19 process, important studies have been carried out to deal with the disease and minimize the cases in the COVID-19 process by the existing health manpower within the Ministry of Health and private institutions in most countries including the World Health Organization (WHO) and our country. The aim of this study is to examine Turkey's current health manpower policies and to guide future studies by criticizing the COVID-19 process.
