Abstract:

Abstract:

The poetry of Divan, which is two important subjects of love understanding, loves and fears with different characteristics in the poetry. In the world of Divan poetry, there is a kind of lover who is characterized by words like Padishah, Sultan, Shah, and who constantly pulls his lovers to the cefa and faces a one-sided love to him and suffered his lovers' persecution, and also enjoys it. But in this sense of love, which is the ruler of poetry, it appears that, especially in the post-classic period, some changes occur, a type of lover who does not want to tolerate the head of his lover and turns to him begins to find his place in the poetry. In this change in the understanding of love, the Divan poem points out that the Vâsûht style, which began to develop in the 16th century, has the effects of love. The sense of love in the style of Vâsûht, which comes to us in the form of not tolerating the head of his lover, hating him and turning his face, is sometimes found in the poems of the classical divan poems. But especially from the 18th century, it can be said that this sense of love appears more clearly in the divan poetry. One of the poems in his poetry is the love of God. His poems often place themes taken from real life and lovers, and the sense of love in these poems is often associated with the judge's speech in the divan poems. But the poet’s poems and bishops are out of this speech and the style of Vâsûht is closer to love. In this article, we will discuss this kind of poems and beeths of Nedim, and we will explore how Vâsûht style love appears in his poems.

Abstract:

The important subjects of the love concept of the Diwan poetry which are the lover and the loved appears in front of us with different several features in poetry. In Diwan poetry world, there is a lover type who is against the loved who is described with the words of “throne, sultan, shah” and is victimized her lovers by tyrannizing consistently and bounded to the loved with one-sided love and standing to her tranny and moreover takes pleasure from this. However, there are some changes occur in this kind of love concept which is dominant in poetry, especially in the post-classical period; it is beginning to appear a lover type who does not want to stand the lovers pain and turning away from her. In this change which is in the concept of love in diwan poetry, the effects of the “Vasuht” kind of love which is developed in 16th century Persian Literature, attracts attention. To the “Vasuht” kind of love concept which appears in front of us as not standing the pain of the Loved, hating from her and turning away from her, is encountered in poems of the classic period poets, from time to time. However, it can be said that this kind of love concept appears in front of us more clearly in diwan poetry especially afterward 18th century. One of the poets who includes “Vasuht” kind of love concept in his poems is Nedim. His poems mostly include the loveds and topics from real life and the understanding in these poems mostly overlaps with the dominant discourse in diwan poetry. However, it is seen that in some poems and couplets of the poet he goes out of this discourse and approaches to “Vasuht” kind of love. In this paper, it will be dealt with this kind of poems and couplets of Nedim and will be studied how the “Vasuht” kind of love emerges in his poems.
