Öz: 18. yüzyıl (1712-1788) Osmanlı âlimlerinden olan Erzurumlu Gögsügür Lütfullah Efendi, yaşadığı dönemde tefsir, hadis, fıkıh, kelam, tasavvuf, siyer, mantık, dil ve edebiyat gibi alanlarda eser yazan önemli âlimlerindendir. Hadis ilim geleneğinde önemli bir yere sahip olan ilmi yolculukları kendi döneminde sürdürmeye gayret eden Lütfullah Efendi, bu gaye ile birçok ilim merkezine zorlu ilmî yolculuklar yapmıştır. Lütfullah Efendi, yukarıda sayılan ilim dallarında telif ettiği eserlerle beraber, hadis alanında ise “Tahrîr fî Fenni Mustalahi’l-Hadis” adıyla bir risale yazmıştır. Lütfullah Efendi bu risalesinde, risalenin yazılış amacı ve metoduyla ilgili kısa bir girişten sonra, hadis ilmiyle ilgili kavramların tanımlarını vermektedir. Hadis Usûlü’nün kavramlarının genelini risalesine almaya gayret ederken, konuyu fazla uzatmamak kastıyla genel olarak örnek vermeksizin sadece tanımları vermekle yetinmektedir. Risalenin sonunda ise, yolculuk yaptığı ilim merkezlerinde hadis dersleri aldığı dönemin önemli hocalarının isimlerini vermektedir. Bu çalışmada risalenin, Süleymaniye Kütüphanesi Şehit Ali Paşa koleksiyonunda yer alan nüshası esas alınarak tercümesi de verilmektedir. Risalenin tercümesi verilirken, Lütfullah Efendi’nin Hadis Usulü’nün temel kaynaklarına vukûfiyetinin bir göstergesi olarak, benzer tanımların yer aldığı Hadis Usûlü kaynaklarına dipnotlarda işaret edilmektedir.
As of the 18th century (1712-1788) Erzurumlu Gögsügür Lütfullah Efendi, who is from the Ottoman allies, is one of the important allies who wrote works in the fields such as tefsir, hadith, fıkıh, kelam, tasavvuf, siyer, logic, language and literature. The Lütfullah Lord, who strives to continue the knowledge journey in his time, which has an important place in the Hadis science tradition, has made difficult scientific journey to many scientific centers with this gaye. Lütfullah Efendi, along with his works in the fields of science listed above, wrote in the field of the hadith a reseller called "Tahrîr fî Fenni Mustalahi'l-Hadis". Lütfullah Lord, in this message, after a short entry on the purpose and method of writing of the message, gives the definitions of the concepts related to the hadith knowledge. When the Hadis Usûlü attempts to take the general concepts of his resume, it is sufficient to give definitions without giving an example in general with the intention not to extend the subject too much. At the end of the resurrection, he gives the names of the most important teachers of the time he has received the hadith lessons in the science centers he travels. In this work, it is also translated on the basis of the narrative found in the collection of the Suleimaniye Library Shahid Ali Pasha. Gögsügür Lütfullah Efendi, who was one of the 18th century (between 1712 and 1788) Ottoman scholars, is one of the important scholars who wrote works in areas such as tafsir, hadith, fiqh, kalam, sufism, siyer, logic, language and literature during his lifetime. Lütfullah Efendi, who strived to continue his scientific journeys, which had an important place in the tradition of hadith science, made hard scientific journeys to many scientific centers in his own time. Lütfullah Efendi wrote a treatise in the field of hadith called “Tahrir fi Fenni Mustalahi'l-Hadith” along with the works he copyrighted in the branches of science mentioned above. In this treatise, Lütfullah Efendi gives the definitions of the concepts related to the science of hadith, after a brief introduction about the writing purpose and method of the treatise. While trying to treat the general concepts of Hadith Method, he is content with giving only the definitions without giving examples in general, in order not to extend the subject too long. At the end of the treatise, he gives the names of the important teachers of the period he took hadith lessons in the science centers he travelled to. In this study, the translation of the treatise is also given based on the copy contained in the collection of the martyr Ali Pasha of the Süleymaniye Library. In the translation of the treatise, the sources of the Hadith procedure with similar definitions are mentioned in the footnotes as an indication of the occurrence of Lütfullah Efendi in the basic sources of the Hadith procedure.
