İlahi dinlerin en önemli özelliği olan vahiy meselesi felsefi bir düzlemde ele alınabilir mi sorusu önemini geçmişte olduğu gibi bugünde korumaktadır. Düşünce tarihinde birçok filozof doğrudan ya da dolaylı olarak vahiy meselesini ele alıp değerlendirdiği görülmektedir. Aslında felsefe tarihinde Tanrı’nın varlığı veya yokluğu üzerine yapılan tartışmalar bir anlamda vahyin felsefi bir problem olarak ele alındığını gösterir. Çünkü vahiy kavramı, aynı zamanda Tanrı kavramını da kendi içinde barındırmaktadır. Vahiy konusu öncelikli olarak Tanrı’nın varlığının ön kabulüdür. Ancak böyle olmakla birlikte Tanrı’nın var olması vahyin gerçekleştiği sonucunu doğurmamaktadır. Örneğin deizmde bir Tanrı anlayışı olmasına rağmen vahye yer yoktur. Deist bir Tanrı anlayışında, Tanrı sadece âlemin bir yaratıcısıdır. Onlara göre bu yaratıcı akılla bilineceği için ayrıca âleme müdahale etmesine ve tarihe müdahale etmesine yani insanla iletişim kurmasına gerek yoktur. Bu nedenle vahiy ancak çeşitli sıfatlara sahip bir Tanrı tasavvurunda gerçekleşme imkânı bulabilir. İşte bu Tanrı tasavvuru da klasik teizm Tanrı anlayışında mevcuttur. Teizm, Tanrı’nın âleme sürekli müdahale ettiğini savunmaktadır. Başka bir deyişle, Tanrı âlemdeki her şeyin yaratıcısı olmanın yanında, onlara her zaman müdahale edebilen bir özelliğe de sahiptir. İlahi dinler diye bilinen Yahudilik Hristiyanlık ve İslam dininin vahiy anlayışı üzerine kurulan dinler olarak bilinmektedir. Bu dinlerin en belirgin vasıfları vahiy olmakla birlikte onları birbirinden ayıran husus vahyin mahiyetine olan yaklaşımdır ki bu onların dinlerini şekillendirmektedir. Abstract The question of whether the issue of revelation, which is the most important feature of divine religions, can be dealt with on a philosophical plane maintains its importance today as in the past. In the history of thought, it is seen that many philosophers directly or indirectly address and evaluate the issue of revelation. In fact, the debates on the existence or absence of God in the history of philosophy show that revelation is treated as a philosophical problem. Because the concept of revelation contains the concept of God at the same time. The subject of revelation is primarily the presupposition of God's existence. However, the existence of God does not lead to the conclusion that the revelation is realized. In deism, for example, although there is an understanding of God, there is no room for revelation. In a deistic conception of God, God is simply a creator of the realm. According to them, since this creative mind will be known, there is no need for him to intervene in the world and intervene in history, that is, to communicate with man. Therefore, revelation can only be realized in the imagination of a God with various attributes. This conception of God is also present in the classical theism understanding of God. Theism argues that God constantly intervenes in the realm. In other words, besides being the creator of everything in the realm, God also has the ability to intervene in them at all times. Judaism, known as divine religions, are known as religions based on the understanding of revelation of Christianity and Islam. Although the most distinctive qualities of these religions are revelation, what separates them from each other is the approach to the nature of revelation, which shapes their religion.

In the history of thought, many philosophers are seen to address and evaluate the question of the revelation directly or indirectly. In fact, the discussions on the existence or absence of God in the history of philosophy show that the revelation in a sense is considered a philosophical problem. Because the concept of revelation also contains the concept of God in itself. The subject of the Revelation is primarily the acceptance of the existence of God. However, the existence of God does not result in the result of the revelation. For example, in the deism, although there is a understanding of God, there is no place for revelation. In the deist understanding of God, God is only the creator of the universe. They think that this creative mind will be known, and it is also not necessary to interfere with the world and to interfere with history, that is, to communicate with man.
