This research has examined the visual memory of the city as an Anatolian city under seven different headings: historical monuments, old city views, architectural works, handicrafts, social life of the city, important people of the city and today's city views. These subjects are illustrated with four unique printing techniques: monotype, linoleum, wood and gravure printing. When we look at an analogical relationship, we can observe that the origin of the print painting extends to the prehistoric cave walls. True print painting 15th century Europe adopted by the painters with technical mastery. From the 16th century to the 20th century, the art of painting has evolved through individual efforts of the artists. While the painting varied in technical terms such as monotype printing, wood printing, linoleum printing, stone printing and gravure printing, on the other hand, printing techniques were classified as high printing and pitting printing. These diversity classifications are also technically categorized in themselves. Within the scope of this study, in order to create the visual memory of Kahramanmaraş, the printing techniques were explained to the students both theoretically and applied studies related to the techniques.
