Abstract:

The study will show the similarity of the Joker character in the film The Dark Knight (Black Knight, Christopher Nolan, 2008) and Nietzsche's supernatural understanding. In this context, there will be direct parallels between the foundations of Nietzsche’s philosophy and Joker’s actions/thoughts. According to Nietzsche, the great feature of pre-social masters is the distance pathos and they see others as a vehicle. For Joker, the other people are completely a tool. According to Nietzsche, there is no truth, people invent truths to believe that moral values are true. Life is power. The basis of their values systems is the desire to escape from meaninglessness, the desire to escape from suffering, the search for an avuntu. But they all devaluate life and lay the stones of nihilism. Joker’s whole effort is to show people this meaninglessness. So constantly “Why are you so serious?” He asks. Under the morality lies the power desires of people. They deceive themselves. The Joker is trying to show people their misconduct. For Nietzsche, justice is not equality, but the appearance of the strong and the weak. Chaos is what makes it possible. Joker sees the chaos fairly. Joker is both devastating and re-evaluates values. Joker does not care for existing social values, does not escape pain and is constantly threatened. It is not to escape from suffering, it is to optimize life as a whole (Dionysoscu Yes) is a supernatural attitude. Joker tells everyone about his past differently because he, according to Nietzsche, has been removed from the weight of supernatural memory.
