Introduction: Body image has an important relationship with the risk of developing eating disorder. Objectives: To analyze the perception of body image and to identify as eating attitudes and risk of development of Eating Disorders of models. Methods and Materials: This is a descriptive study, with a quantitative study of 23 models, in the year 2017 in São Paulo-SP, linked to two agencies. As anthropometric measures for the calculation of Body Mass Index. The instruments used to collect data were: the Socio Demographic questionnaire of the Brazilian Association of Research Companies, a Silhouette Scale and the Food Attitudes Test (EAT-26). Results and Discussion: Current data are 82.6% of women's editions, 73.9% were adolescents, 52.2% were found in Fundamental II complete / incomplete and 47.8% were distributed in social classes B1 and B2. About 65.2% of the models were eutrophic; 65.2% dissatisfied with the body; 52.2% became more popular, showed distortion of body image and 30.4% of the sample had a risk of developing some type of eating disorder. Conclusion: Beauty models were compared in distortion of body image, dissatisfaction with the body and risk of transient eating development. How eating attitudes have shown an interest in buying weight, even among the uses that are prioritized for the face in their jobs.
