Abstract:

Abstract:

The connection to the nature of man in a sense means the connection to the condition of his own existence. Because nature is the founding element of nature and indicates the tangem of life at the cosmic level. The individual’s disappearance from nature means disappearance from its own nature and conditions of existence, loss of its naturality, artificialization and metalization. The nature, which is the condition of the individual’s own existence, symbolizes its existence and, therefore, its historicity, that is, the memory. Cengiz Aytmatov's Earth Mother novel is an important novel that tells the man about his direction to nature, finding himself there, and ensuring his continuity with the earth. In the Turkish-Islamic tradition, the soil, which is the founding element of nature, is expressed in some traditional texts by the mother's image. The land is a part of the earth that is lived on, and the protective vessel of man in general is the house of society. Winning a person with his mother means winning his identity with the land of society. He is convicted of losing his identity and deleting from the scene of history. The earth sees a root duty that gives a benefit to man. In this context, Aytmatov is a person who knows that a nation can stand up with its roots. Therefore, the goal of Aytmatov is to ensure that the Turkish people are directed to their land/tabiat and that they find themselves and keep their memory alive.
