Dinin ikinci kaynağı olan hadislerin Hz. Peygamber’e aidiyetinin tespiti hususunda ilk dönemden günümüze değin birçok gayret gösterilmiş ve onların tashihi ve doğru anlaşılması için yöntemler geliştirilmiştir. Bunların bir kısmı senedin ittisalı, tariklerin sayısı, ravilerin cerh ve ta'dil durumları gibi sened tetkiki ile ilgilidir. Bir kısmı ise metnin Kur'an'a, sünnette, sahih haberlere, tarihi vakaya, pozitif bilimlere, selim akla, Hz. Peygamber'in konum ve misyonuna arz gibi metinle ilgili yöntemlerdir. Bu yöntemlerin hepsi hadislerin sıhhat tespiti ve doğru anlaşılmasına büyük katkıları olmuştur. Hz. Peygamber’den günümüze varıncaya kadar zaman ve şartların değişmesiyle hadis problemlerinin çözümü için yöntemlerin geliştirilmesi ve güncellenmesi hususunda çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada da hadislerin kabulü ve reddinde sahâbeye arz yöntemi çalışılmıştır. Sahâbeye arz; hadislerin ilk muhatabı olan ve hadisleri rivayete dönüştürüp aktaran kaynağın (sahâbenin) hadis metniyle ilgili görüşleri ve uygulamalarına başvurmaktır. Sahâbenin hadislerle ilgili açıklamaları ve uygulamaları hadislerin sıhhat tespitinde önemli bir kriter görevi görmektedir. Özellikle amel edilmesi gereken hadislerin sıhhat tespitinde sahâbenin uygulamaları önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle sahâbe haberlerinin hadis ilmindeki yeri ve önemi araştırılmıştır. Daha sonra hadislerin sıhhat tespitinde sahâbe haberlerini gerekli gören ve çalışmalarında bu kriteri uygulayan âlimlerin görüşleri değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulardan hareketle ortaya koyulan yöntem, hadislerin sıhhat tespitinde uygulanabileceği gibi, zayıf haberlerin kuvvet kazanmasına, muhtelif rivayetlerin tercihinde, mürsel haberlerle amel etmede başvurulan bir yöntemdir. Hadislerin sahâbeye arz yöntemi literatüre mütevazı bir metodolojik katkı olarak değerlendirilebilir.
Hadith, the second source of religion, many efforts have been made to determine the belonging to the Prophet from the first period to the present, and methods have been developed for their correction and understanding. Some of these are related to the examination of the certificate, such as the ittisa of the certificate, the number of tariks, the cerh and ta'dil status of the narrators. Some of the text is based on the Qur'an, sunnah, authentic news, historical events, positive sciences, sound mind, they are methods related to the text such as presenting the position and mission of the Prophet. All of these methods have contributed greatly to the authenticity and correct understanding of hadiths. From the Prophet to the present, studies have been carried out on the development and updating of methods for the solution of hadith problems with the change of time and conditions. In this study, the method of submission to the companions in the acceptance and rejection of hadiths has been studied. Offering to the companions; the aim is to refer to the views and practices of the source (companion) who is the first addressee of the hadiths and who transforms and transfers the hadiths into narrations, about the hadith text. The explanations and practices of the companions about the hadiths serve as an important criterion in determining the authenticity of the hadiths. In particular, the practices of the companions are important in determining the authenticity of the hadiths that need to be acted upon. In this study, first of all, the place and importance of the news of the companions in the science of hadith was investigated. Then, the opinions of scholars who considered the news of the companions necessary in determining the authenticity of the hadiths and applied this criterion in their studies were evaluated. The method, which has been put forward with the help of the findings obtained, can be applied to determine the authenticity of hadiths, as well as to strengthen weak news, in the preference of various narrations, and in acting with mursal news. The method of presenting the hadiths to the companions can be considered as a modest methodological contribution to the literature
