Abstract:

Remote work that arises with the need for flexibility is a form of work that is often applied to us today. The concept of remote work, set out in Article 14 of the Work Act No. 4857, represents a broad concept that includes work at home and telecommunications based on work outside the workplace by means of technological communication. According to this regulation, in a distance work relationship, the worker performs the work-view performance within the business organization created by the employer at home or outside the workplace by means of technological communication. This characteristic of the distant work relationship causes the need for a detailed examination of some issues in the sense of social security law. It is especially important to determine how the provisions of occupational accidents and occupational illness will be applied in the distance work relationship. At this point, we’ve tried to evaluate the results of the distance work relationship in the sense of social security law.
