ÖĞRETMEN GÖRÜŞLERİNE GÖRE İLKOKUL ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN ADALET ALGILARINA İLİŞKİN BİR İNCELEME

Öğretmen görüşlerine göre ilkokul öğrencilerinin adalet algılarının belirlenmesi ve çeşitli demografik özellikler açısından incelenmesi amacıyla hazırlanan araştırma, nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeli ile yürütülmüştür. Çalışma grubunu Bursa/İnegöl’de çalışan ve uygun (kolay) örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen 280 ilkokul öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Karadavut, Karadağ ve Nacar (2020) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan “Adalet Değeri Ölçeği” aracılığıyla çevrim içi yöntemlerle toplanan veriler SPSS analiz programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre; öğretmen görüşlerine göre ilkokul öğrencilerinin adalet algılarının “düşük düzey”de olduğu, öğretmenlerin sahip olduğu cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, yaş mesleki kıdem veya okuttukları sınıf seviyesi gibi demografik değişkenlerin öğrencilerin adalet algılarını değerlendirirken istatistiksel oranda anlamlı bir farklılaşma oluşturmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Değerlerin ve davranışların kazandırılmasının öneminin kavratılması, adalet değerinin kazandırılması için etkinlikler düzenlenmesi ve bilgilendirici çalışmalar yapılaması gibi önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

According to the teachers’ opinions, the research prepared in order to determine the perceptions of justice of primary school students and to study in terms of various demographic characteristics, was carried out with a scan model from quantitative research methods. The work group consists of 280 primary school teachers working in Bursa/İnegöl and determined by the appropriate (easy) sample method. Data collected by online methods through the "Justice Value Scale" adapted to Turkish by Karadavut, Karadağ and Nacar (2020) was analyzed with the SPSS analysis program. According to the research findings, according to the teachers’ opinions, the perceptions of justice of primary school students are at a "low level" and the demographic variables, such as the gender, civil status, educational status, age, vocational age or class level they study, do not create a statistically significant differentiation when evaluating the perceptions of justice of students. Understanding the importance of the award of values and behaviors, organizing activities for the award of fairness, and conducting informative work.

The study group consists of 280 primary school teachers working in Bursa/İnegöl and determined by convenient (easy) sampling method. The data collected through online methods through the “Justice Value Scale” adapted into Turkish by Karadavut, Karadağ and Nacar (2020) were analyzed with the SPSS analysis program. According to the research findings; According to the teachers' opinions, it was concluded that primary school students' perceptions of justice were at a "low level", and demographic variables such as teachers' gender, marital status, education level, age, professional seniority or the grade they taught did not make a statistically significant difference when evaluating students' perceptions of justice. Suggestions were made, such as making students understand the importance of gaining values and behaviors, organizing activities to gain the value of justice, and conducting informative studies.
