The aim of this study is to analyze the graduate theses (1993-2020) in the field of curriculum development in Turkey from various aspects. In this research, document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, is used. Graduate theses were analyzed with the thesis review form developed by the researchers. As a result of the investigation of the theses by year, it was stated that the most studies were carried out in 2019. In addition, when the thesis was examined according to the level, it was stated that the thesis written at the PhD constitutes the majority. The distribution of graduate theses on the level of education was examined, it was pointed out that the most research was conducted in higher education level. When the research designs used in graduate studies were examined, it was stated that the quantitative research methods mostly preferred. Also, mixed methods were preferred in the second place. It was concluded that the most used techniques/tools in graduate studies were interviews, questionnaires and forms in both master's and doctoral studies, respectively. Accordingly, it was determined that the most preferred data collection technique was interview (seventy). When the theses in the study were examined according to the number of data collection tools, it was indicated that three data collection tools were used at most. Majority of the graduate theses examined according to curriculum design/development models did not provide information about the model used.
