Abstract:

Today, it is seen that countries are trying to improve health tourism for reasons such as the desire to gain more income and spread the tourism for 12 months. Our country also makes many legal arrangements to get more share of health tourism. One of these is the obligation to obtain a certificate of international health tourism authority. In 2017, according to the International Health Tourism and Tourist Health Regulations, travel agencies to be mediating in health tourism must obtain authorization to continue their activities. The purpose of this study is to explore the websites of travel agencies with health tourism authority certificates. In this context, the website of 89 travel agencies with the international health tourism authority certificate has been examined by content analysis method. The research finds that most agency websites contain corporate information, service information and facilitating transactions, but there is no financial information such as price, package price.
