This research paper finds out the Impact of Green Manufacturing Practices on The Performance of Textile Firms in Pakistan with A Mediating Role of Just-In-Time & Total Quality Management. The underlying purpose of this study is to help derive insightful results that help Textile firms to build sustainable manufacturing strategies. After extensive literature reviews, we reach the point of building Eight hypotheses about how GM, TQM, JIT impact a firm’s operational and environmental performance. The study is conducted on Pakistan’s textile industry but can be applied to other southeast Asian countries in a similar setting. The research utilized the quantitative research method. A survey questionnaire is used to collect data from manufacturing operations and supply chain managers at 28 textile manufacturing firms in Pakistan. The paper applied partial least square structural equation modeling to analyze the survey data (PLS-SEM). The finding of this paper justifies a strong impact of green manufacturing on the firm environmental performance; however, no direct relationship is found for GM when it’s associated with TQM to make an impact on the firm operational performance. JIT, on the other hand, makes a relatively significant impact on firms’ overall performance.
