Abstract:

Özet Örgütsel ahengi bozan saldırgan davranışlar örgütte çalışan bireylerin işte kalma yada işten ayrılma niyetlerini de etkilemektedir. Bir sapkın davranış türü olan saldırgan davranışlar, örgüt içerisinde herkes tarafından sergilenebilmekte ve yıkıcı bir etki bırakabilmektedir. Saldırgan davranışların çalışma barışını bozduğu ve örgütün en değerli kaynağı olan insan kaynağını yani beşeri sermayesini negatif etkilediği bilinmektedir. Çalışmada saldırgan davranışlara maruz kalmanın işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisi irdelenmiştir. Uygulamanın bir kamu sektöründe yapılmış olması ve çalışanların iş garantisinin bulunması işten ayrılma niyetinin baskılanmış olma olasılığına karşın bireylerin kendilerini ifade etme serbestileri açısından daha makul sonuçlar vermiştir.
