Ölçme ve değerlendirme, eğitimin ve eğitimde kalite arayışının temel unsurlarından biridir. Bu çalışmada ölçme ve değerlendirme dersi almış öğretmen adaylarının bu derse yönelik genel yeterlik algılarının ve tutumlarının belirlenmesi, genel yeterlik algısı ve tutum arasındaki ilişki, ilişkinin derecesi ve ölçme ve değerlendirme dersine yönelik genel yeterlik algısının tutuma olan etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Öğretmen adaylarının ölçme ve değerlendirme dersine yönelik yeterlik algılarını belirlemek amacıyla “Öğretmen Adayları İçin Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Genel Yeterlik Algısı Ölçeği”, bu derse yönelik tutumlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla “Eğitimde Ölçme ve Değerlendirmeye Yönelik Tutum Envanteri” ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Amasya Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi bünyesinde lisans programlarına kayıtlı ölçme ve değerlendirme eğitimi almış öğretmen adayları oluşturmaktadır. Ankete katılan öğretmen adayları, seçkisiz olasılıklı örnekleme yöntemlerinden tabakalı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak seçilmiştir. Lisans programlarına göre tabakalara ayrılan evren içerisinde 342 öğretmen adayı seçilmiştir. İki ölçek için lisans programlarının ortalamaları arasında bir farklılık olup olmadığı tek yönlü varyans analizi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Varyans analizi sonucu ortaya çıkan farklılıkların hangi lisans programları arasında olduğu Post-Hoc testleri içerisinden Tukey testi ile belirlenmiştir. Öğretmen adaylarının bu derse yönelik genel yeterlik algıları ve tutum arasındaki ilişki araştırılmış ve genel yeterlik algılarının tutuma olan etkisi regresyon analizi ile tespit edilmiştir.
Measurement and evaluation is one of the core elements of quality search in education and education. The aim of this study is to determine the general qualification perceptions and attitudes of the teacher candidates who have received the measurement and evaluation course towards this course, the relationship between the general qualification perception and attitude, the degree of the relationship and the impact of the general qualification perception towards the measurement and evaluation course. In order to determine the qualification perceptions of the teaching candidates for the measurement and evaluation course, the "General qualification perception scale for the teaching candidates for the measurement and evaluation course" was used in order to determine their attitudes towards the course, the scale "Education Measurement and Evaluation Attitude Reserve" was used. The universe of research is formed by teachers candidates who have received measurement and evaluation training registered in their bachelor's programs within the Faculty of Education of the University of Amasya. Teacher candidates who participated in the survey were selected using the layer sample method from unselectable possible sampling methods. According to the Bachelor’s programmes, 342 teachers were selected from the universe allocated to layers. It is determined by using one-way variance analysis whether there is a difference between the average of the bachelor’s programs for two scales. Varyans analysis determines the differences between which licensing programmes arise from the Post-Hoc tests by the Tukey test. The relationship between the general qualification perceptions and attitudes of the teaching candidates towards this course has been studied and the impact of the general qualification perceptions on attitudes has been identified by regression analysis.
