Economic life in the Shaki district of Azerbaijan is largely based on agriculture and animal husbandry. The natural climatic conditions of the district are favorable for the development of livestock. The fact that the region has large pasture areas and being a grain production area, which is important for animal husbandry, has positively affected the development of animal husbandry throughout history in the region The traditional economic activities of people affects their dwelling place, clothing, culinary culture, traditional handicrafts and other cultural values. When the formation history and source of material and spiritual cultural elements in Sheki are examined, it is seen that many customs, traditions, beliefs, rituals, as well as other tangible and intangible cultural values are clustered under the animal husbandry scheme. In this study, bovine animal husbandry, sheep and goat husbandry in Sheki region has been investigated, and the relationship between animal husbandry and culture has been evaluated geographically. In general, it has been observed that the relationship and interaction between animal husbandry activities and cultural elements is reflected in the cultural landscape of the region to a certain extent.
