States are constantly trying to promote the services they provide to their citizens, and they are trying to communicate to them through the Internet to be able to explain their policies and to be effective. The transmission of public information and services to citizens through the Internet channel is considered e-government. E-Government uses information technology to serve citizens, the world and institutions. There are factors that influence the e-state. Often the search engines are ignoring the other factors that study the e-government disruptions that are being applied by disruptive countries and emphasize importantly the technological factors. In fact, in the series of technological factors that influence the pressure of the e-government, there are also factors such as taxation, management, food infrastructure. This is an indication of the factors that influence the e-government and the explanation of it. They want to connect with their citizens through online media in order to implement their policies more effectively and increase their influence on citizens more directly. The delivery of public sector information and services to citizens through the Internet is considered to be governance. E-government is the use of information technology to enable and improve the efficiency with which government services are provided to citizens, employees, and agencies. There are various factors affecting the government. Generally, researchers have indicated a number of e-government initiatives implemented by various countries; they have emphasized the importance of certain factors such as technological factors, ignoring other important factors. In fact, the success of e-government also depends on the non-technical environment such as development factor, project management and human infrastructure.
