Bu çalışmanın amacı, eğitimde yaşanan değişimler ışığında var olan durumun incelenerek geleceğe yönelik rasyonel planlama yapılmasına aracılık etmek ve bu doğrultuda teorik geçerliliği olan değişkenler gözetilerek eğitim-öğretimin daha etkin yönetilmesine ilişkin değerlendirmeler sunmaktır. Bu bağlamda araştırmada Ankara ili (1) okulöncesi, (2) temel eğitim, (3) ortaöğretim eğitim kademelerine göre; (a) Okul (b) öğrenci (c) öğretmen (d) derslik (e) dersliğe düşen öğrenci sayısı ve (f) öğretmene düşen öğrenci sayılarını ortaya koyarak eğitim-öğretim planlamalarının tartışılmıştır. Çalışma 2013-2014 eğitim yılı Ankara İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü veri kaynaklarından elde edilmiş betimsel araştırmadır. Ankara iline ait bulguları incelendiğinde, öncelikle okul öncesi eğitim kademesinde bir öğretmene düşen öğrenci sayısı 13 iken, bir dersliğe başına düşen ortalama öğrenci sayısı 20’dir. Temel eğitim kademesinde öğretmen sayılarına bakıldığında bir öğretmene düşen öğrenci sayısı 17 iken, bir dersliğe başına düşen ortalama öğrenci sayısı 31’dir. Son olarak ise ortaöğretim eğitim kademesinde bir öğretmene düşen öğrenci sayısı 13 iken, bir dersliğe başına düşen ortalama öğrenci sayısı 30 olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The aim of this study is to facilitate the rational planning for the future by examining the current situation in the light of the changes in education and to provide assessments on the more effective management of education and education by monitoring the variables that are theoretically valid in this direction. In this context, the research in Ankara (1) pre-school, (2) basic education, (3) secondary education levels; (a) school (b) student (c) teacher (d) classroom (e) number of students falling to the classroom and (f) the number of students falling to the teacher has been discussed in education and teaching plans. The study 2013-2014 educational year is an image research obtained from the data sources of the Ankara Provincial Education Directorate. When the findings of the province of Ankara are examined, the number of students falling to a teacher in the first stage of pre-school education is 13 while the average number of students falling to a classroom is 20. The average number of students who fall to a teacher is 17 while the average number of students who fall to a classroom is 31. The average number of students in the secondary school is 13 and the average number of students in the secondary school is 30.

The study is a descriptive study obtained from data sources of Ankara Provincial Directorate of National Education for the 2013-2014 academic year. When the findings of Ankara province are examined, the number of students who fall into one teacher at the pre-primary education level is 13 while the average number of students per class is 20. Looking at the number of teachers in the basic education stage, the number of students falling into one teacher is 17 while the average number of students per classroom is 31. Finally, while the number of students falling into a secondary school education is 13, the average number of students per classroom is 30.
