Araştırmanın amacı, örgütsel sinizm ile örgütsel sessizlik ilişkisinin öğretmenler üzerinde olumlu veya olumsuz herhangi bir etkisinin olup olmadığını anlamaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda 2021 – 2022 eğitim öğretim yılı Manisa ili ve ilçelerinde görev yapmakta olan 248 adet öğretmen örneklem olarak seçilmiştir. Araştırma için kullanılmış olan verilerin toplanmasında demografik ölçek ile birlikte Örgütsel Sessizlik ve Örgütsel Sinizm ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sorunsalı olarak öğretmenlerin okul yöneticileri ve üstlerinden gördükleri davranış ve tavırlarından meydana gelen tutum ve davranışlar olarak belirtilmiştir. Örgütsel Sinizm ve Örgütsel Sessizlik tutumları bir bütün halinde incelenmiştir. Araştırmada verilerin yorumlanmasında tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotlar, normal dağılım testi, Örgütsel Sinizm ve Örgütsel Sessizlik arasındaki ilişkiyi ölçmek için Pearson Çarpım moment korelasyon analizi ve Örgütsel Sinizmin değişkeninin Örgütsel Sessizlik değişkenine etkisini ölçmek için regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında elde ettiğimiz verilerin analizinde SPSS 22.0 paket programı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre; öğretmenlerin örgütsel sinizm ve örgütsel sessizlik algıları üzerinde orta şiddetli ve olumlu yönde bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca araştırmanın bulgularına göre Örgütsel Sinizmin Örgütsel Sessizliği etkilediği görülmektedir. Öğretmenlerin medeni durumlarının örgütsel sinizm üzerinde, öğretmenlerin yaş değişkeninin özellikle 25 – 39 yaşları arasında olan kişilerin orta düzeyde etkili olduğu ve son olarak da öğretmenlerin yaşlarının örgütsel sessizlik üzerinde öğretmenlerin mezuniyet durumlarının örgütsel sinizm algıları üzerinde etkili olduğu görülmüştür.
The purpose of the study is to understand whether the relationship between organizational sinism and organizational silence has any positive or negative effects on teachers. In accordance with this goal, the 2021-2022 educational year has been selected as a sample of 248 teachers who are working in the province of Manisa and the districts. In the collection of data used for the research, organizational silence and organizational synism scales were used along with the demographic scale. The problem of the study is the attitudes and behaviors arising from the teachers’ school managers and the behaviors and attitudes they see above. Organizational Sinism and Organizational Silence attitudes are studied in a whole. In the study, the analysis of the correlation of the Pearson Break-Moment to measure the relationship between detective statistical methods in the interpretation of data, normal distribution test, organizational synthesis and organizational silence, and the regression analysis to measure the effect of the variable of organizational synthesis on the organizational silence variable. The analysis of the data we obtained in the framework of the research was carried out with the SPSS 22.0 package program. According to the findings of the study, teachers have a relationship between organizational sinism and organizational silence perceptions in a medium and positive direction. Also, the findings of the research show that organizational cynism affects organizational silence. The civil status of teachers has been shown to have an influence on organizational sinism, the age variable of teachers has been shown to have an influence on the middle level, especially those between the ages of 25 and 39 and, finally, the age of teachers has an influence on organizational silence, the graduation status of teachers has an influence on organizational sinism perceptions.
The aim of the study was tounderst and whether the relationship between organizational cynicism and organizational silence has any positive or negative effects on teachers. For this purpose, 248 teachers working in Manisa province and its districts in the 2021-2022 academic year were selected as a sample. Organizational Silence and Organizational Cynicism scales were used together with the Socio-Demographic information form to collect the data used for the research. The problematic of the research is stated as the attitudes and behaviors that consist of the behaviors and attitudes of the teachers that they see from the school administrators and their superiors. Organizational Cynicism and Organizational Silence attitudes are examined as a whole. In the study, descriptive statistical methods, normal distribution test, Pearson Product moment correlation analysis to measure the relationship between two variables and regression analysis to measure the relationship between Organizational Cynicism and Organizational Silence were used in the interpretation of the data. The analysis of the data we obtained with in the scope of the research was carried out with the SPSS 22.0 package program. According to the findings of the research; It has been seen that there is a moderate and positive relationship on teachers' organizational cynicism and organizational silence perceptions. It has been seen that Organizational Cynicism has effected to Organizational Silence. It has been seen that the marital status of the teachers has a moderate effect on the organizational cynicism, the agevariable of the teachers, especially those between the ages of 25 and 39, and finally the age of the teachers has an effect on the organizational silence and the graduation status of the teachers on the perceptions of organizational cynicism.
