Öz Ulus devletlerin oluşumuyla birlikte dünyada en etkili olmuş liderlerden birisi de hiç şüphesiz Hitler’dir. Hitler’in en büyük amacı ari Alman ırkı oluşturmaktır. Hitler, Nasyonal Sosyalist Parti programını ari Alman ırkı idealleri çerçevesinde şekillendirir. Hitler Almanya’nın başına geçmeden önce toplumlar üzerinde çok önemli bir etkiye sahip olan toplumları değiştirip dönüştüren ve toplumsal hafızayı bir araç olarak kullanan bir yöntemi fark eder. Bu yöntem propagandadır. Propaganda başta dil olmak üzere devlet ve onun aygıtları, resim, heykel, sinema, tiyatro, eğitim, fısıltı gazetesi, kitle iletişim araçları gibi bulabildiği her şeyi ideolojisi için kullanan özel bir yöntemin adıdır. Hitler’in partisi Almanya’da başa geçince Ülkedeki tüm kitle iletişim araçları ve dil de dâhil toplumla buluşan her şeye propaganda teknikleri gereği değerler yüklenmiştir. Yapılan propagandaların içeriğinde Alman ulusunun üstün, gururlu ve onurlu insanlar olduğu öteki insanların özellikle Yahudi ve Çingenelerin alt sınıftan olduğu yönünde mesajlar yüklenerek toplumla öyle buluşturulmuştur. Çalışmada dünyada ortaya çıkan ulus devlet akımıyla birlikte Nasyonal Sosyalistlerin Alman ari ırkı oluşturmak için kullandıkları propaganda teknikleri ve ulus oluşturmada propagandanın etkisine değinilecektir. Hitler's biggest goal was to create a pure German race. Hitler shaped the National Socialist Party program within the framework of the German race ideals. Before Hitler took over Germany, had realized a method that had a very important effect on societies, and could transform societies, and use social memory as a tool. This method was propaganda. Propaganda is the name of a special method that uses everything such as prominently language, state and its powers, painting, sculpture, cinema, theater, education, grapevine, mass media, etc. for its ideology. When Hitler's party took over in Germany, values were imposed on everything that met the society, including all media and language in the country, in accordance with propaganda techniques. In the content of the propaganda Messages were sent to the society that other people, especially the Jews and Gypsies were lower class, but German nation were superior, proud and honorable people. In this study, both the nation-state movement that emerged in the world and the propaganda techniques used by the National Socialists to create a pure German race and the effect of propaganda in nation-building will be discussed.
