Abstract:

This study aims to determine the impact of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSS) projects implemented by on the corporate reputation. In this study, in the first part, the concept of KSS, which has become a strategic phenomenon for in recent periods with the influence of globalization, has been studied. In relation to the concept of KSS, the result is that the economic profitability of the enterprises is the organization's purpose, as well as that they are engaged in activities that benefit society and the environment, and there are many advantages that these activities provide to the enterprises in the long run. In the study, KSS has been dealt with in the fourth sub-dimensions, including environmental, employee, consumer and charitable activities. In the second section, the concept of corporate reputation is discussed in an important power position in order to provide competitive advantage in the industry in which operate. The concept of corporate reputation that expresses the perceptions of shareholders groups is emphasized that it has become an element that is not possible for. In the last part of the study, a study was conducted to determine the relationship between the KSS and the corporate reputation concepts, and the results of this study were included as a result of the analysis of the data obtained. As a result, the implementation of the KSS activities has a meaningful and positive impact on the corporate reputation of the enterprises.
