Abstract:

It is possible to talk about many factors that affect employees’ attitudes towards their workplaces. In the tourism sector, which is a labor-intense sector, the attitudes towards the workplace of employees who provide services directly to the customer and the factors that affect it are important. The purpose of this research is to reveal the organizational justice perception that affects the attitudes of residential business employees towards their workplaces and the influence of their subcomponents on the organizational sinism and subcomponents. The universe of the research is made up of employees of five-star hotel companies that operate in Antalya. The study used an survey form consisting of three sections, including questions to determine the individual characteristics of employees and organizational sinism and organizational justice scales. For the evaluations made through the 556 survey, the results used by percentage and frequency analysis, correlation and multiple (degree) regression analysis were interpreted in the light of the field text. The research finds that there is a negative relationship between organizational justice and subcomponents and organizational sinism and subcomponents at different levels. As the level of perception of justice in the organizational practices of the employers increases, the rates of sinic attitude against the business decrease.
