But immediately after his death, the Islamic society fell into a great emptiness and had to experience a life without it. Hz has to take over the role of the hallphelic to overcome the trauma that has been experienced in this process. The decisions and practices that Abu Bakr made and applied for were an important guide. by Hz. The years of Abu Bakr’s hilâfet are a very sensitive period of time, which is a period of great difficulties for the Islamic community. In this period, the society and the state, on the one hand, with the discourse of the hill, on the other hand, with the movement of relief and rebellion, came to the threshold of the breakdown. But thanks to his cool and determined attitude, all the difficulties experienced were easily overcome and the unity and integrity of both the society and the state were guaranteed. Again in this process. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came after him. Abu Bakr has become the only authority in managing the state as the new leader of the Muslims, and with his execution he has been an important example for both his subsequent caliphs and the Muslim leaders of all time. With the view that the Islamic history will contribute to the better understanding of this important era and its subsequent periods, this study will also be addressed by the example of the administration of the state in the period of its alphabet in administrative, financial and military aspects.
