Bu çalışma; bakım hizmetlerinde daha çağdaş ve etkin bir model olan evde bakım modelinin gerçekleştirilmesi ve uygulanmasına yönelik teknik, mesleki ve yasal güçlendirmeyi kapsamaktadır. Yaşlı nüfus oranının her geçen gün arttığı Türkiye’de engellilerde olduğu gibi yaşlılara yönelik bakım hizmetlerinin önemi giderek artırmaktadır. Aile bağlarının zayıflaması ve demografik yapıdaki değişimler bakım hizmetlerinin güçlendirilmesini zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bakım hizmetleri kurum bakımı ve evde bakım olmak üzere ikiye ayrılır. Kurum bakım hizmetlerini gündüzlü-yatılı, süreli-süresiz, özel-kamu olarak ayırmak mümkündür. Kısaca bireylerin bakım ihtiyaçlarının ev ortamında karşılanması olarak tanımlanan evde bakım hizmeti bakıma muhtaç kişilerin yakınları ve profesyonel bakım elemanları tarafından verilmektedir. this study covers technical professional and legal strengthening for the realization and implementation of the home care model, a more contemporary and effective model in care services, the importance of care services for the elderly as well as in disabilities in turkey, increasing every day of the old population rate, increasing the importance of family bonds, and the changes in the demographic structure are forced to strengthen maintenance services, maintenance services are divided into two types of institution care and home care. in short, it is possible to distinguish the maintenance needs of individuals in the home environment, as well as the possible care services of people in their home environment, and the need of care of their professional services are provided by the routine care of the possible care services and professional care services
This study promotes the actualization of the technical, occupational and legal strengthening of home care which is a contemporary and more effective care model. In Turkey, where the elderly population rate has been increasing, elderly care services gain importance as is also the case with the services provided for the disabled.
