Girişimcilerin ekonomik dinamizmi ayakta tutması, ülke üretiminde ve gelirinde çok önemli katkı sağlaması bir yana gerçekte bunu hangi yolla ve amaçla yaptığı büyük önem taşımaktadır. İslam ekonomisinde girişimciliğin; toplumun genel refahıyla uyumlu bir biçimde gerçekleştirilmesi gerektiği, bunun da bireyin kendi çıkarına göre hareket etmesi yalnız başka bireyin veya üreticinin malına veya canına zarar vermemesi doğrultusunda özgür olduğu belirtilmektedir. Bunun gerçekleştirilmesi için hazırlanan zekât, vergi vs. gibi sistemlere uyulması gerekliliği ortaya çıkmakta ancak bunun dışında bireyin kendi menfaatine göre hareket etmesinde bir kısıtlama bulunmamaktadır. Neo klasik iktisatta ise bireyin üretim hayatında rasyonel çıkarı doğrultusunda hareket ettiği ve üretici olarak yer aldığı piyasada kar maksimizasyonunu ve maliyet minimizasyonunu sağlamaya çalıştığı bilinmektedir. Neo klasik teoride, her bireyin kendi faydasına göre hareket ederek ekonominin tam istihdama erişeceği vurgulanmakla beraber Avusturya okulunda ve bu okulun iktisatçılarından Schumpeter ise ekonomik canlılık ve gelişimi, girişimcilerin yaratıcı bir yıkım yaratarak oluşturduğu yenilikte görmektedir. Günümüz kapitalizmi, ardından bir yıkım bırakarak oluşturdukları dinamik ve devingen sistem, üretim yenilikleri ve tüketimlerinde kendini göstermektedir. Bu çalışma temelde iki ayrı başlık içinde incelenebilmektedir: İslam iktisadında girişimciliğin yeri ve klasik iktisatta girişimciliğin yeri. Fakat bu çalışmada Neo klasik iktisatta yer alan Avusturya okulunun aykırı çocuğu olarak bilinen önemli iktisatçılarından Joseph Schumpeter’ in yaratıcı yıkım yaratan girişimcilerin sağladığı yenilik bağlamında açıklamaya çalışılmakta ve bu açıklama İslam ekonomisindeki girişimciliğin nasıl yer aldığıyla karşılaştırılmaktadır.
While entrepreneurs keep the economic dynamism standing, they make a significant contribution to the country’s production and income, it has a great importance in what way and for what purpose they do it. In the Islamic economy, entrepreneurship must be carried out in a manner consistent with the general well-being of society, and it is free for the individual to act in accordance with his own interest only so that it does not harm the property or life of another individual or producer. The need for compliance with the systems such as the Zakat, the tax, etc. to be prepared for this is revealed, but there is no restriction in the individual's behavior according to his own interest. In the Neo classic economy, it is known that the individual moves in the production life in the direction of the rational interest and strives to ensure profit maximization and cost minimization in the market in which it is a producer. In the Neo classical theory, it is emphasized that each individual will be able to reach full employment by acting to his own benefit in the Austrian school, and Schumpeter, an economist of this school, sees economic vitality and development in the innovation that entrepreneurs create by creating a creative destruction. Today’s capitalism, then the dynamic and devastating system they have created by a destruction, manifests itself in production innovations and consumption. This study can fundamentally be studied in two separate titles: the place of entrepreneurship in the Islamic economy and the place of entrepreneurship in the classical economy. But in this study, Joseph Schumpeter, an important economist known as the opposition child of the Austrian school in the Neo classical economy, is trying to explain the context of the innovation provided by entrepreneurs who created creative destruction, and this description is compared to how entrepreneurship in the Islamic economy is involved.
