Amaç: Birinci basamakta hizmet sunmakta olan hekimlerin iş sağlığı bilgi ve tutumlarını değerlendirmek ve ihtiyaçlarını ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Ankara İli’nde birinci basamakta çalışan hekimlerin %80,3’ü ankete cevap vermiştir. Tanımlayıcı kesitsel tipteki çalışmada, hekimlerin bazı sosyo-demografik özellikleri, aldıkları eğitimler ve iş sağlığı ve meslek hastalıkları ile ilgili soruları içeren üç bölümden oluşan anket formu ilgili birimlere gönderilmiş, yanıtlanan anket formu 1 hafta sonra toplanmıştır. Bulgular: Katılımcıların %95,3’ü pratisyen hekim ve kıdem süreleri ortalama 15,8 ± 6,7 yıldır. Bilgi sorularında en çok doğru yanıt (%85,7) işyeri hekiminin çalıştığı işyerlerine ilişkin soruda alınmıştır. Hekimler, iş sağlığı, çalışma hayatının sağlık etkileri ve alınabilecek önlemler konusunda (%73,4) ortalama 17,3 ± 21,6 saat iş sağlığı eğitimi istemektedir. Sonuç: İş sağlığı hizmetlerinin birinci basamak sağlık hizmetlerinde yeterince irdelenmemektedir. Ülkemizde pratisyen hekimler için iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamaları konusunda önemli rolleri göz önüne alınarak daha fazla destek ve eğitim sağlanması gereklidir.
Objective: The aim of the first stage is to evaluate the knowledge and attitudes of the doctors who are providing services on the job health and to reveal their needs. Method: 80.3 percent of the doctors working in the first stage in Ankara Ili responded to the survey. In the study of the identifying cutting type, the survey form, which consists of three sections, including some socio-demographic characteristics of doctors, the training they receive and questions related to occupational health and occupational diseases, was sent to the relevant units, the answered survey form was collected 1 week later. Results: 95.3% of participants are practitioner doctors and postgraduate periods are an average of 15.8 ± 6.7 years. The most accurate answers in information questions (85.7%) were taken in the question about the workplace where the workplace doctor works. Doctors demand an average of 17.3 ± 21.6 hours of work health training on the health of work, the health effects of work life and the measures to be taken (73.4 percent). The result is that the first stage of the work health care services is not sufficient in health care services. More support and training is needed in our country, taking into account the important roles in the health and safety practices for practitioners.
