Abstract:

In article key positions of strategic management by re-structuring of the enterprises in a context of formalization of architecture optimum for Ukraine conceptually-analytical model of their introduction in practice of managing are opened and proved in view of: requirements to progress in the state of economy of is innovative-information type; a level and scales of strategic potential of the industry in each region; social and economic differences between regional social and economic systems.Seven constitutional key directions of carrying out of re-structuring of the enterprises are certain; levers of their realization which are opened with use of a method of mathematical logic are presented. The conceptually-analytical model of strategic management adequate to actual processes by re-structuring of productive and economic systems in conditions of resource restrictions is developed. The structure of modern system of strategic management by re-structuring of the enterprises in Ukraine is constructed.
