Because of the malicious practitioners in our country practices, first the bankruptcy suspension period has been shortened and then its name has been changed as "salvage agreement". In Turkey, mainly partners and cooperative authorities and then banks and the public authority responsible for making the relevant arrangements are responsible for the errors made in the bankruptcy suspension process. Therefore mainly lawyers and also academics who are in practice, business executives, accountants and auditors can make comprehensive workshops in order to eliminate shortcomings/ troubles about the suspension of bankruptcy and the right of suspension of bankruptcy should be given to good faith practitioners. Because as risk takeers entrepreneurs are the professionals the hardest to train and to be protected who are kept alive.
