Today, entrepreneurship tendency has gained momentum towards increasing. The entrepreneur needs incentives for their progress and serious support in line with their planning. At this stage, KOSGEB is the leading institution for the entrepreneur. KOSGEP informs and develops entrepreneurs with the programs it opens. In this process, it gives practical entrepreneurship trainings in order to enable individuals to realize their responsibilities and gain knowledge and experience. The main purpose of this study is; to determine the number of female and male entrepreneurs participating in KOSGEB's certified entrepreneurship courses throughout Van and to determine how much of the entrepreneurs who have received the certificate realize their business ideas. In addition, between 2012 and 2017 KOSGEB supports the sectors in which the establishment of the business by using the supports.
