The effect of corporate resource planning on organizational performance has been analyzed through the literature of financial and non-financial performance measurement methods. The study uses perception-driven performance method, which takes, as organizational performance criteria, not only financial dimensions but also other dimensions into consideration. The research has been extended with an implementation on manufacturing businesses which are active in Turkey and whose shares are processed in IMKB. To implement structural equality model on data, SPSS Amos 20.0 program has been used. After the implemented model, a meaningful correlation between KKP success and perceived business success has been reached. It has been seen that these variables can explain each other. A meaningful correlation between other variables has not been able to reached. Moreover, a correlation between perceived business success and measured business success has not been able to be found
