ERP systems are software that facilitates coordination and communication between departments by gathering all business departments that are remote or close together under a single roof. This enables department managers and employees to reach clearer information in less time. This research examines the impact of ERP systems on human resource management. The definition and characteristics of human resources management in ERP and the human resources management features of ERP are emphasized. The research was carried out on tourism sector operating in the Mersin region. The research was conducted with 150 samples covering hotel managers and managers. Regression analysis was conducted in the analysis of the results and it was determined that ERP had positive effects on human resources management.
