Abstract:

As it is known, many subjects in The Quran are shaped by the details offered by sunnah. These details make the issues more understandable or enable to interpret the subject from the different perspective. In addition, the arguments of the mazhabs on such examples are also very important. In this way, the method which is the interpretation of the religious arguments is obtained and also how these arguments are used are obtained. Shopping is also one of the examples of the exchange of property between people. Indeed, the Qur'an explains explicitly that shopping which is the most common activities of the social life is halal while sunnah gives us its sides, subject and quality, and provides more detailed information on both points with verbal explanations and actual examples. Thus, the subject gets to some standards on the basis of the principle of not allowing the problems. Hz. Prophet “البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا” “Both parties in a business transaction have a right to annul it so long as they have not separated" This hadith came with different ways and was interpreted by some different methods
