In this study, we will look at the values provided in social studies program of 2017 for 4th and 5th grades with their association to acquisition, and the way these values occur in the Social Studies curriculum. This research was conducted through qualitative research methods. In the analysis of the data obtained within the research, inductive analysis which derived from the types of content analysis. Consistency rate is calculated as 91% for the 4th grade and as 87% for class 5th grade in research. Data analysis have been conducted under 6 themes and 29 sub-themes, as a result: in total, 4th class (573) was placed in the top. The most scientific value (152) and at least the respectable value (18) are included in the 4th grade. The highest cultural heritage sensitivity value (87) and the least solidarity value (3) are included in the 5th grade. Most targets, 4th grade has scientific value, 5th grade has scientific value and cultural heritage sensitivity value. From the point of view of the themes, the most visual theme was given at both class levels, but at least the word theme was given.
