In the present study, the relationship between perfectionism and parenting self-efficacy is investigated in terms of mother’s professions, ages and levels of education. While the population of the study consists of mothers with 1-3 year-old children, the study sample consists of 139 mothers with 1-3 year-old children from the province of Konya. In the present study the "Literacy Parenting Self-Efficacy Scale and the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale" are applied. This study was designed with the screening model. The Independent samples T-test was used to analyze the perfectionism and self-efficacy levels of the mothers in terms of occupation while age and education level was analyzed the "KruskalWallis Test". The relationship between mothers’ perfectionism and self-efficacy levels was analyzed the "Pearson Correlation Coefficient Test". Significant differences were found in perfectionism and selfefficacy levels of mothers in terms of mother's profession, age and education. Besides, a significant and strong relationship was found between mother's perfectionism and their self-efficacy levels
